Your rental will be picked up at the Engraving Shop, located at Bldg. 192 560 Panama St. Rental times are different each day and the time of return is strictly enforced. You will be charged for an additional day if equipment is returned after the hours listed below.
Wednesday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Thursday: 6:30am - 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
Rentals may be cancelled at any time prior to acceptance of the mobility equipment. Cancellations that are made more than 48 hours from the reservation date will receive a full refund. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for reservations cancelled less than 48 hours from the pick-up date.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE RESERVATION DATE.
